Iris Sandler

Iris Sandler received a B.A. from Brooklyn College in 1954 and an M.A. in genetics from the University of Missouri in 1956. In 1979, she received a Ph.D. from the University of Washington, specializing in the history of science. From 1991 to 2002, as a member of the auxiliary faculty of the Department of Genetics at the University of Washington, she taught the history of genetics.
